What I'm looking for

I'm looking to shift from telecommunications into a focused project management or change management role where I can develop documentation and workflows in a fast-paced environment.

At ATN International/Commnet Wireless, I built and scaled a company-wide change-management process, including documentation, training, calendars, and notifications for network implementations and changes.

I coordinated weekly reviews across engineering, IT, performance, network, field operations, and project management to prevent conflicts and large outage events. I also established quality assurance processes, ran reports and metrics, led post-mortem data reviews, and managed an internal wiki for team collaboration.

Earlier at Level 3 Communications, I supported business customers using transport, Ethernet, and Layer 3 services, troubleshooting managed routers, switches, T1s, and DS3s through resolution with carriers and field engineers.
