Most recently, I served as a Registered Nurse Patient Case Manager with Baptist Hospice, coordinating home-based end-of-life care, symptom management, family education, and interdisciplinary care plans. I'm currently pursuing a Master’s in Nursing on the Family Nurse Practitioner track.
