I have hands-on critical care experience managing complex neurovascular and surgical ICU patients, including ventilator management, CRRT, vasopressors, and thrombolytics. I routinely perform neurological assessments and stabilize patients in urgent scenarios.

In care management and utilization review roles, I evaluate cases for authorization, design personalized care plans for members with complex medical and social needs, and ensure compliance with quality standards. I advocate for patients to remove care barriers and coordinate transitions across the care continuum.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, certified in ACLS, BLS and NIHSS, and proficient with EHR systems. I collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and prioritize measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
