I am a final-year Bachelor of Real Estate student at the University of Nairobi, eager to build a career as an excellent valuer and contribute positively to community and country. I have completed attachments with Mkaazi Real Estate, Noble Realtors and the Office of Lands Malindi, gaining hands-on exposure to agency operations.
I have practical experience uploading and managing rental and sales listings on company websites and property portals, using Zoho CRM to manage leads and client records, and participating in basic topographic and cadastral surveying and site inspections with licensed surveyors.
My academic research on the Financial Viability of Affordable Housing (Park Road Ngara) sharpened my real estate finance, valuation and market-research skills. I bring leadership, coaching experience, and a commitment to learning and ethical practice as I grow into a professional valuer.
