At ValueLabs, I support Enlyte's medical bill review ecosystem, partnering with Workers’ Compensation and Auto insurance clients on ACH, Checks, and Virtual Card payment workflows. I've contributed to two insurance-client payment implementations, from requirements and vendor coordination through validation and go-live readiness.
Previously at IDBI Bank, I improved internal banking processes across collections, lending, approval workflows, retail operations, and compliance. I translated stakeholder needs into BRDs, functional requirements, and user stories while supporting UAT, system enhancements, training, reporting, and Agile delivery.
