I’m a Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SQL-based reporting, anomaly detection, and KPI monitoring, delivering stakeholder-facing documentation in a regulated commercial environment. I’m detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience working across large datasets, including queries spanning tables with hundreds of millions of rows.

In my current role, I monitor B2C and B2B customer data and commercial KPIs daily, identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and unusual patterns across operational dashboards. I investigate and document data irregularities, then escalate findings clearly to internal stakeholders using structured written reports, and I built an optimized SQL Server procedure for regulatory data extraction.

I also design and maintain Power BI dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring and reporting. Beyond analytics, I bring a decade of professional translation, interpretation, and teaching, which strengthens my written communication—especially for escalation reports and internal stakeholder summaries—and helps me turn complex findings into clear, actionable documentation.
