At Qaraotkel IT School-Lyceum, I guide students and parents through study-pathway and career decisions, and supervise and coordinate 134 subject teachers. I also prepare reports for education departments and presented the school’s career guidance approach at a regional seminar.
At Talap Education, I lead Talap English, which has served about 120 learners, and launched an online academy of teacher professional-development courses licensed and reviewed by the Ministry of Education. I also built OneCenter, a CRM for education centres, and co-built an AI speaking-practice Telegram bot whose pilot involved 86 learners, with over 70% improving their speaking.
As co-founder and developer of Career AI LLP, I built and launched a career guidance platform for school counselors. At my lyceum, more than 200 students have completed its diagnostic, and the platform was submitted to the regional Best Practice contest. I hold an EdM in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Boston University and work in English, Kazakh, Russian and German.
