At Candescent, I own end-to-end FP&A for a $400M Engineering, Product, IT, and InfoSec cost base supporting 2,000+ employees. I advise CTO, CPO, and CISO leadership on investment trade-offs, budget approvals, and a board-reported cost transformation.

I built the labor and headcount model supporting a multi-year workforce transformation, and led software rationalization across approximately 270 tools, surfacing more than $40M in addressable vendor spend across 300+ contracts. I also implemented a driver-based cloud forecast that cut forecast cycle time by 75% while keeping unexplained variance under $50K.

Previously, at Estée Lauder Companies, I owned SEC reporting deliverables for 10-K and 10-Q cycles across a $15bn global public business and helped lead the enterprise OneStream implementation across 80+ entities. Earlier at Credit Suisse Investment Bank, I led FP&A and corporate reporting for a global equities business with $4bn in revenue.

Across public-company, investment-banking, and PE-backed environments, I build audit-ready financial infrastructure, translate operational drivers into executive decisions, and govern labor, cloud, and vendor spend.
