Previously at STAAR Surgical, I deployed Planful and launched Global Workforce Planning for 1,500+ positions. I also built Power BI dashboards that helped clear a persistent two-month sales backlog and developed an NPV model that unlocked $50M in corporate capital investments.
I've modernized financial reporting and governance at Foundation Building Materials and CalPortland, from multi-billion-dollar reporting models and Planful security standards to SAP hierarchy restructuring and Business Objects data models. At CalPortland, I maintained global reporting continuity and reduced financial report runtime to under 60 seconds.
My foundation in reporting automation began at AmerisourceBergen, where I built an MS Access reporting engine for 5,000+ client accounts and reduced monthly reporting cycles from five business days to one. I bring over 10 years of public-company finance experience connecting complex operations, analytics, ERP systems, and executive decision-making.
