I am a motivated business graduate specializing in indirect underwriting and consumer lending with more than a decade of experience in banking operations and collections. I focus on maintaining high quality and control standards while managing risk and mitigating loss.

I have conducted comprehensive credit and title analyses, reviewed loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios, and worked closely with colleagues and dealers to accept or deny new and renewal business. I have maintained relationships with 480+ dealerships, processed 30+ loans per day (resulting in $6M of indirect loans in a month), and completed month-end reports including GAP and FASB.

I hold a B.S. in Business Management and am completing an MBA (3.89 GPA). I bring strong communication, negotiation, and quality-control skills, and I seek opportunities to improve processes, coach teams, and reduce underwriting loss.
