I've led credit risk and underwriting decisions across consumer, mortgage, marine, RV, aircraft, and specialty lending for more than 20 years. Most recently at Miracle Auto Group, I managed a $9 million consumer lending portfolio, serving as the primary credit authority for complex loan structures, stipulations, and policy exceptions.

At Professional Financial Services, I directed complex underwriting for high-volume subprime consumer lending, using income analysis, collateral valuation, repayment capacity, LTV analysis, and layered-risk assessment to strengthen portfolio quality. I also coordinated underwriting, servicing, collections, and repossession activities while maintaining policy and regulatory compliance.

At USA Specialty Lending, I provided portfolio oversight for marine, aircraft, RV, and luxury vehicle financing and developed a national collateral tracking system that improved compliance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and asset monitoring. Earlier, at Lobel Financial Corporation, I funded more than 1,900 retail installment contracts while supporting a 400-plus dealer network.

My mortgage background includes forensic underwriting and quality assurance at Chase Bank, where I reviewed more than 600 residential mortgage files to identify fraud indicators, underwriting deficiencies, documentation inconsistencies, and income calculation errors. I bring disciplined credit judgment, fraud prevention, regulatory awareness, and operational leadership to complex lending decisions.
