At Enagic India Kangen Water, I manage the full contract lifecycle for a Japan-based manufacturer and distributor of electrolyte water generators, water purifiers, and water-processing machines.
I draft, review, negotiate, execute, renew, and oversee compliance across commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, employment, vendor, licensing, distribution, supply, franchise, joint venture, trademark license, and service agreements. I also advise on therapeutics, dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, trademark and copyright matters, and regulatory requirements.
Previously, I handled cybercrime complaints, consumer protection and domestic violence cases at Legalink, and supported contract management, IPR due diligence, and legal documentation at SNR Polyfilms. I bring client-facing legal research, drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, and record-management capability.
