What I'm looking for

I want to keep building high-quality journal publishing workflows—OJS management, manuscript preparation, and indexing—while applying my design and social media skills to grow reach and consistency. I’m looking for a team where accuracy and continuous improvement matter.

I’m an assistant editor at Jurnal Psikiatri Surabaya, where I manage the Open Journal Systems (OJS), prepare and format manuscripts prior to online publication, and support journal growth through layouting and journal indexing management. I also design and update Instagram content to strengthen engagement and journal visibility.

In my role, I helped the journal achieve international indexing in DOAJ and national indexing in SINTA (including SINTA 3 and SINTA 2) during key years of operation. I’ve also led operations beyond academia as a founder and admin for an online shoe-cleaning business, strengthening my ability to manage day-to-day operations, income/expenses, and customer growth.
