What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end multimodal GenAI and agentic systems—turning research into production services that personalize experiences at scale, with rigorous experimentation, strong mentorship, and explainability.

I’m a PhD-trained AI researcher focused on multimodal learning, video/image LLMs, and generative AI, with publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, BMVC, and ICRA. I bring 6+ years of industry experience leading AI teams, and I’m driven by turning foundational advances into systems that work in the real world.

At L3S Research Center in Germany, I pioneer methods for temporal understanding in Video-LLMs and develop explainable multimodal systems. I enjoy bridging research and deployment—designing models that are not only effective, but also understandable.

In industry, I’ve built production-scale AI services for personalization, recommendation engines, and anomaly detection. At Digikala, I architected and deployed AI services serving 40M+ monthly active users, led large-scale recommendation development, implemented fraud/bot anomaly detection, and improved diversity using graph-based models and knowledge graphs (Neo4j).

More recently as a Senior AI Engineer, I designed AI-driven mobility and tourism solutions using large-scale datasets, built agentic LLM-based systems for personalized route planning and dialog-based recommendations, and created data-driven pipelines to optimize service quality. Earlier roles include data science work for home price prediction using XGBoost and software engineering experience with C#/.NET.
