At PrepWorks Global, I designed Read Better, a multimodal reading programme for children aged 6–12. Its playful, four-week modules bring reading, discussion, quizzes and creative outcomes together around topics including AI, technology and the environment.
I also designed North Star Communication and Career Scan for undergraduates and postgraduates, including an 88-item narrative-scenario instrument and the follow-up coaching sequence. After pilot evidence showed some learners struggled with self-report items, I redesigned the instrument around scenarios with recurring characters.
I’ve taught English online to learners in grades K–9 at Bhanzu and taught English, communication and management at universities. My PhD research on reading in a new-media age informs how I design lessons and use generative AI: I review and revise its outputs for accuracy, level and alignment.
