What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute as a Teacher Leader or Academic Head, driving instructional excellence, inclusive learning, digital pedagogy, and educator capacity-building.

I've spent over 13 years building inclusive, engaging English learning experiences across K–12 classrooms and EdTech environments. My work brings together curriculum planning, literacy, competency-based assessment, and teacher development.

At Bhanzu, I lead and mentor English trainers delivering online sessions for learners across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Gulf countries. I conduct observations, evaluate assignments and demos, and create feedback and improvement systems that strengthen instructional quality.

At Hans Raj Model School, I designed English curriculum for Grades 3–5 and launched the DEAR reading initiative, impacting more than 200 learners. I also supported inclusive instruction through IEPs and Universal Design for Learning while mentoring teachers in planning, assessment, and learner-centred practice.

I'm a Certified Master Trainer in English who has trained 50+ educators in English pedagogy and digital integration. With postgraduate training in Inclusion and SEND, I want to lead instructional excellence and build educator capacity as a Teacher Leader or Academic Head.
