I’ve handled end-to-end finance work with Sage and QuickBooks: financial reporting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, budget monitoring, expense tracking, payroll coordination, and statutory payments (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, WHT). I prepare month-end close outputs, support audits, and follow internal control practices grounded in IFRS and compliance requirements like KRA iTax.

Beyond accounting, I coordinate people and processes—supporting inventory and logistics, supplier coordination, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and variance investigation. I also bring strong administrative and executive support skills: diary and email/call screening, meeting preparation and minutes, executive correspondence, confidential document handling, and travel logistics.
