What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Order Scheduling / Supply Chain Coordinator role where I can own end-to-end fulfilment, strengthen trade-compliant documentation, and use SAP/Oracle to improve accuracy, SLAs, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced MNC.

I’m a results-driven Supply Chain & Order Management Specialist with 7+ years of end-to-end experience in order fulfilment, international shipment coordination, and import/export documentation. I manage high-volume cross-border orders across APAC and global markets while keeping service levels on track.

In my roles, I’ve owned order scheduling and global order processing using SAP (SD/MM) and Oracle ERP, ensuring data accuracy and smooth customer updates. I coordinate with freight forwarders, vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics bottlenecks quickly.

I’m strong in trade compliance screening and documentation quality—preparing and verifying B/L, COO, LC, and packing lists, and supporting customs clearance with accuracy. I also handle customer escalations and returns coordination, including root-cause reporting to drive continuous improvement.
