What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my C# and .NET development skills to scalable, secure applications, contribute to API and system optimization work, and collaborate with teams solving meaningful business challenges.

I build and maintain enterprise .NET applications at DOST Digital Innovations Center for the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, helping deliver uninterrupted public digital services.

I implement new functionality, resolve production issues, optimize systems, and contribute to secure, scalable API integrations alongside cross-functional teams.

Previously, I developed POS applications at Grandmart and improved Azerbaijan Technical University's library management system, reducing system lag by 30%. I've also built reusable features and RESTful APIs for university library and oral-exam systems.

At Crocusoft, I developed RESTful APIs, integrated SQL Server and MySQL databases, and used CQRS with MediatR. I also developed the backend for cyberpoint.az, which won an award at the Netty Milli İnternet Mükafatı.
