What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a senior executive technology role where I can align technology strategy with business outcomes, lead AI adoption and governance, strengthen cybersecurity, and deliver large-scale operational improvements.

At Centene (Health Net), I lead market technology operations across California, aligning strategy, planning, financial management, AI governance, and delivery with enterprise objectives.

Previously at Kaiser Permanente, I led technology delivery for the Medical Direct Contract program across 32 counties, supporting approximately $175 million in revenue within a $2 million project budget. I also improved connectivity for 4,000+ mobile clinicians, advanced AI and machine learning initiatives for care delivery, and protected PHI and PII across external care environments.

Across more than 25 years in technology leadership, I’ve built IT strategies, managed capital programs, directed business continuity and emergency response, and led teams delivering infrastructure, clinical technology, academic systems, and enterprise applications. As a U.S. Army Reserve Company Commander and Signal Officer in Charge, I also lead training, logistics, cybersecurity, and a $5M+ equipment portfolio.
