With over 10 years of experience in the Technology field, I began my career in a technical role as an IT Consultant and have been working with Digital Products since 2013. I have extensive experience with financial and technical products, internal tools, integrations (APIs), and customer experience (CX) platforms, from conception to continuous improvement processes, always with a focus on enhancing the user journey.

As the lead for the development of the Concierge product, both the web and app (flutter) versions, we achieved a 200% increase in engagement and unique accesses with the company. Additionally, we reduced the time spent by the Customer Service team by 33%, resulting in increased productivity.
