At Softtek, I handled production incidents at IMSS that required changes directly in the database. I investigated what had gone wrong, applied fixes with internal PL/SQL procedures, and helped test fixes from the development team.
On Softtek’s Project Management platform (PPM), I built workflows, custom reports, and dashboards, and worked on Oracle SQL, query tuning, and data analysis. I also built and maintained Java Spring interfaces between PPM and client systems.
For the IFT applications, I reviewed and reorganized technical documentation to a shared standard. I wrote VBA and Python scripts to make bulk changes across documents; earlier, I developed and maintained TIBCO integration services for GE Treasury.
