At ASTECI, assigned to América Móvil / Telcel, I queried, monitored, and validated large volumes of data with SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL Developer. I developed, optimized, and supported critical information flows for Roaming operations and investigated production and billing incidents through process stabilization.

At Secretaría de Desarrollo Social (SEDESOL), I integrated and validated databases for the Padrón Nacional de Programas Sociales, including Pensión para Adultos Mayores and Jornaleros Agrícolas. I also developed and administered Oracle database objects, including tables, views, PL/SQL packages, triggers, DBLinks, and Jobs.
