At Meta, I supported five server platform generations, owned incident response across compute, GPU, storage, and network tiers, and closed 3,000+ operational tickets while improving fleet-wide monitoring and automated action plans.
I build the documentation and training operators need from day one, authoring runbooks, action plans, and reference content while leading chassis teardowns, failure-mode walkthroughs, and multi-day bootcamps. I work comfortably between engineering teams and the data center floor, tracing hardware failures, validating firmware and repair tooling, and driving issues through resolution.
Previously, at Amazon, I led fulfillment-site network builds and executed Layer 2-to-Layer 3 redesigns across Cisco and Juniper infrastructure. My earlier work at Storey Kenworthy and Voya Financial included multi-site infrastructure, access controls, Citrix, security remediation, operational reporting, and process improvement.

Primary escalation point between customers and operations for the Fulfillment Center network, keeping every site operational. Lead Engineer for new site builds, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. Reviewed regional Change Management tickets and partnered on a network-wide Layer 2 to Layer 3 migration across Cisco and Juniper switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
