What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a long-term, hands-on Django role in a product team—as a senior engineer or a lead who still writes code. I prefer remote, full-time B2B contract work, with flexible hours and overlap with EU teams or at least five hours with a US time zone.

At Grid Dynamics, I work on an AI-based conversational product, stabilising its real-time WebSocket layer and building LLM-powered workflows. I also improved the team’s development loop with Skaffold build caching, faster dependency installs and TeamCity caching.

Across Django products, I’ve restored delivery on stalled platforms, including an EdTech product where I authored 91% of changes as its only engineer and helped the product reach its record year. I want to keep shipping production code in a long-term, hands-on Django role on a remote product team, as a senior engineer or a lead who still writes code.
