Built and led a team of four full-stack engineers, assuming complete responsibility for the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this role, I had the opportunity to architect and develop multiple services from inception, including the integration of FastAPI and orchestrating a major transition in system architecture towards an event-driven solution

As a tech lead, I was managing an engineering team of 10 engineers, tasked with complete ownership of multiple microservices. Our responsibilities spanned from gathering business requirements to releasing and monitoring code in production. Collaborating closely with the product management team, I facilitated the translation of requirements into detailed technical specs and design

At AllyO I was mostly busy with the architecture, technical design, and actual implementation of microservices. My team and I were entrusted with various critical components of the core system. During my employment, our company successfully closed a Series B round with $45M in funding, culminating in the acquisition of AllyO by HireVue in October 2020.

- Architecting and developing new web services.
- Creating data pipelines for the collection and processing of data for a public transport routing engine.
- Developing and maintaining internal libraries.
- Enhancing performance and reducing memory consumption of existing codebases, achieving improvements ranging from 2x to 10x.
- Conducting unit testing, internal interviews, etc

Development of REST APIs for mobile applications.

Engaged in the development and design of Java server-side applications, including the migration of legacy solutions to Java. I also took charge of database design, development of PL/SQL units, SQL performance tuning, and analytical SQL. Additionally, I was responsible for creating ETL processes and conducting analysis on technical requirements.

I focused on the development of intranet web applications using Python and Django. Additionally, I engaged in PL/SQL development and analytical SQL tasks. I automated routine procedures by writing shell scripts in Python and Bash. Furthermore, I administered Linux servers, managing services such as OpenVPN, IP Tables, Samba, Postfix, and Squid.
