What I'm looking for

I am currently seeking a part-time, remote position in data entry, editing, proofreading, technical writing, education, virtual assistance, administrative support, or a related field. I have a strong professional background in education, academic administration, communication, and organizational management.

I am an experienced higher education leader with a background in academic advising, student success, education, program development, training, and organizational leadership. As a Director of Advising and Academic Success, I lead initiatives focused on improving student experiences, developing effective processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, creating training and resources, and using data to inform decision-making.

Before moving into higher education leadership, I worked as a high school English teacher and school counselor, building a strong foundation in communication, coaching, problem-solving, and relationship management. Beyonf my primary career, I have experiences with nonprofit and board leadership, strategic planning, policy development, communications, and organizational growth. I also completed a doctorate in Community College Leadership, which has strengthened my skills in research, analysis, project management, and evidence-based decision-making.

I am particularly skilled at taking complex information and turning it into clear, practical strategies and resources. I’m interested in remote opportunities in program or project management, customer success, learning and development, education technology, operations, research, and related areas where I can combine strategic thinking, communication, and execution.
