Alex Onyari

I am a dedicated and experienced Professor of Applied Mathematics with over two decades of teaching and research experience at Florida International University. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, followed by a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, both from Florida International University. Throughout my career, I have been committed to providing high-quality education to undergraduate and graduate students, guiding PhD candidates, and conducting original research in various mathematical domains.

My research interests include Algebraic Topology, Differential Geometry, Mathematical Physics, and Computational Mathematics. I have published numerous papers and actively participated in academic committees, contributing to the advancement of the mathematics department. My proficiency in mathematical software such as MATLAB and Maple, along with programming skills in Python, C++, and R, allows me to integrate technology into my teaching and research effectively.
