What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative environment that values innovative teaching and research in STEM education.

I am a dedicated mathematics educator with over a decade of experience in designing and teaching college-level math courses. My journey in education has been fueled by a passion for inclusive instruction and empowering diverse student populations through accessible and engaging pedagogy. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in STEM Education, focusing on mathematics, and hold a Master's in Data Science.

Throughout my career, I have taught a wide range of mathematics courses, from developmental math to advanced calculus. My approach integrates data-informed strategies to enhance student success and retention. I have conducted applied educational research, including studies on gamified learning and student motivation, which have significantly influenced my teaching practices and curriculum development.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked as a Business Systems Analyst, where I developed SQL and Excel tools to track academic progress and improve outcomes. This blend of educational and analytical expertise allows me to contribute effectively to curriculum innovation and student engagement in mathematics.
