Aspiring mathematician with expertise in scientific computation and teaching.
What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated mathematician currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin, where I previously earned my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a GPA of 3.9. My academic journey has been enriched by prestigious fellowships, including the NSF Graduate Fellowship and the UT Austin Dean’s Strategic Fellowship, which have allowed me to delve deeply into the realms of topology and scientific computation.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I have had the privilege of teaching various mathematics courses, including Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. My experience extends to mentoring undergraduate students in abstract algebra and geometric group theory, fostering a collaborative learning environment. I am passionate about making complex mathematical concepts accessible and engaging for all students, and I strive to inspire a love for mathematics through my teaching.
My research interests lie at the intersection of low-dimensional topology and combinatorial geometry, with notable contributions to projects at the Max Planck Institute and various NSF-funded research initiatives. I am eager to continue exploring innovative mathematical models and algorithms that can address real-world challenges, particularly in the fields of computational sciences and applied mathematics.
