Built automated data extraction and enrichment pipelines keyed on NMLS identifiers and MMI.run, growing the internal recruitment database past 8,000 qualified records. Developed CRM automation in GoHighLevel covering follow-up, outreach and lifecycle tracking.

Built a hybrid ETL tool in Python to extract structured donor data from PDFs into Cloudflare D1, processing 50-80 reports daily. Architected an automated content pipeline cutting publishing time by 85% across an 80+ site network.

Mapped manual client onboarding and case-tracking workflows and rebuilt them as automated processes in Python, Zapier and webhooks, populating legal document templates for 60-100 clients monthly. Integrated the USCIS API for real-time case status, cutting an estimated 150+ hours of administrative work per month.

Automated high-value inventory management in Airtable, tracking the complete lifecycle of 70-100 engine sales per quarter. Built automated outreach and contract-trigger pipelines over WhatsApp and email, removing manual data entry across the supply chain.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, studied part-time alongside full-time remote work. In progress, not yet completed.
