At C&S – Fisa Group, I operate and improve corporate infrastructure across cloud platforms, endpoint management, identity services, network security, and cybersecurity programs. I led the migration and operation of 300+ on-premises servers and security platforms in cloud environments.
I designed FinOps practices that contributed to an approximately 40% reduction in Azure costs. I also implemented and managed Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS endpoints, supporting approximately 100 users and more than 50 applications.
I established vulnerability management processes for approximately 350 assets and designed KnowBe4 awareness programs that reduced phishing click rates from 48% to 6–8% while achieving 99% training completion. Earlier, at Petroquímica de Venezuela, I administered Linux and Windows server infrastructure and implemented Zabbix enterprise monitoring.
