What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate complex human needs into accessible, trustworthy product experiences through user research, data-informed decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've co-founded Remember, a memory-support app designed to help people with memory loss preserve relationships, memories, and trusted support systems. I led coordination across a five-person interdisciplinary team, balancing feature priorities, technical feasibility, accessibility, and human-centered design.

At NAMI Washtenaw County, I conducted 50+ intake screenings per cycle and used attendance and retention data to redesign registration workflows for greater accessibility and scalability. I've also built Ethical Careers around People, Planet, and Transparency metrics, led a 17-participant evaluation study, and created computer science curriculum that produced 100%–600%+ gains in student comprehension.

Jul 2024 - Oct 2025 (1 year 3 months)

Conducted 50+ intake screenings per cycle for cohorts of 11–15 participants and analyzed attendance and retention data to identify onboarding friction. Redesigned intake systems and registration workflows, and authored a proposal for a new youth board role that was adopted into org planning.
