At Americana Restaurants, I led a team delivering AI, optimisation and data platforms for ten-plus brands. Our differential pricing engine increased revenue by $55M, while a staff-transport optimiser reduced annual transport cost by 30.6% and became an INFORMS Daniel H. Wagner Prize 2026 semi-finalist.
Earlier at Triton Middle East, I worked on routing, territory and credit-risk models that halved the order-fulfilment SLA and reduced unsecured credit exposure by 44%. I hold an MSc in Applied Statistics in Finance and work with investment, finance and portfolio teams.
