I'm currently supporting Deblock as a FinCrime Transaction Monitoring Analyst, investigating suspicious activity, monitoring alerts, and helping prevent financial crime. My work covers AML detection, APP fraud, account takeover, terrorist financing, mule accounts, KYC, and risk mitigation.

At Concentrix, I performed risk operations for a major global social media platform, analyzing user activity and transaction patterns for unusual behavior and fraud trends. I reviewed identity and financial documents to KYC standards and determined blacklist or whitelist outcomes through risk evaluation.

Previously at Airbnb, I handled regulatory matters involving data rights, discrimination, defamation, legal, and tax issues while maintaining GDPR and account-authentication compliance. I also supported guests and hosts with bookings, refunds, and dispute resolution in Portuguese and English.

My earlier experience includes financial support for MasterCard clients at Sitel, partner sales and financial-document validation at Cetelem Portugal, and technical support for Google. I've worked across financial services, SaaS, B2B, travel, social media, and international customer operations.
