Designed the service structure and database for a service allowing users to build and embed marketing popups with statistics and analysis, led the team, and owned frontend delivery.

Inherited a poorly implemented legacy system and designed a route to a modern frontend without rewriting the backend, by building a separate API layer. Stabilised the codebase, refactored the database, and mentored the client's developers into using version control and a real debugger.

Developed a PWA for analysing and deduplicating Salesforce Leads, Accounts and Contacts, focusing on reducing Microsoft cloud service costs while maintaining performance and working within Salesforce API limits.
