What I'm looking for
I am currently a Project Coordinator at Grantham College, where I manage the Building Brighter Futures project. My role involves supporting vulnerable participants by designing and co-delivering courses in employability, basic skills, and psychological wellbeing. I thrive on collaboration, working closely with both internal and external organizations to ensure project compliance and success.
In addition to my current position, I am pursuing a PhD in Social Sciences at Nottingham Trent University. My research focuses on analyzing data and literature, which complements my practical experience in managing projects and supporting marginalized individuals. I have a strong background in education, having worked as a tutor and trainer, where I developed my skills in communication, organization, and adaptability.
