I bring 25 years of experience working with Azure, AWS, SCOM, System Center, Windows Server, and PowerShell. I’m passionate about technology and love learning new things—regularly using CoPilot/ChatGPT/Gemini to accelerate requirements and implementation.
In my current role as a Senior Solutions Engineer, I review Azure infrastructure against requirements and translate those needs into secure architectures. I set up and review Identity and Access Management (including Azure IAM and Microsoft Entra ID) with an explicit focus on least privilege, and I design for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
I’m known for building reliable monitoring and operational workflows—especially around SCOM 2025, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL. I configure alerts/notifications, integrate Azure Monitor with ServiceNow using OAuth, and support teams through test and production to meet project deadlines while maintaining risk management during deployments.
Earlier, I led Azure platform work and monitoring using SCOM and Azure Monitor, ensuring systems were 100% available and maintaining patch/security posture through update operations. Before that, I served as a Senior Technical Account Manager, acting as a trusted advisor and building service delivery plans with Premier Support customers—bringing a strong operations mindset to every environment I support.
