I’m seeking an entry-level incident response role while completing cybersecurity and network administration training.

I’m seeking an entry-level incident response role while completing cybersecurity and network administration training at RapidAscent. In an individual assignment, I matched a supplied file hash to a published BlackEnergy 2 detection rule and documented why the match didn’t establish execution, damage, or actor identity.

For a RapidAscent group assignment, I coauthored a review of suspected account misuse, a phishing lure, suspicious files, network connections, and reported data loss. I compared attribution leads and documented evidence gaps, including missing connection details and unverified file execution.

In RapidAscent coursework, I deployed Windows Server Active Directory and DNS, then configured Ubuntu SSH with a key and a time-based one-time code. I’m also a Marine Corps veteran with recorded training in risk management, security guard duties, and counterintelligence awareness.
