What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead safe, on-time engineering projects, align teams across engineering and construction, and own forecasting, budgets, and deliverables to support clear executive decision-making.

I’m a strategic project leader with a BA and extensive experience directing field operations. I lead subcontractors and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

In my current role at Pan-Pacific Mechanical, I manage engineering deliverables with executive oversight, including constructability reviews and operational alignment. I also drive financial performance through forecasting, trend analysis, and informed decision-making across engineering, construction, and project controls.

Before that, I served as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer, building a strong foundation in project execution and leadership. Earlier in my career, I developed customer-focused leadership as a Waiter/ Supervisor—experience that still informs how I communicate, coordinate, and deliver results.
