I want to partner with enterprise SaaS teams where I can use CRM-style visibility, structured follow-up, and stakeholder coordination to protect account health, drive adoption/value, reduce risk, and deliver retention and expansion outcomes.

I’m an MBA graduate and customer-facing technology account manager with 5+ years managing complex customer relationships and revenue execution. I’m strongest in enterprise SaaS customer success—supporting high-value accounts, organizing customer context, identifying risks, and coordinating internal teams around customer outcomes.

In my current role as a Federal Account Manager / Sales Account Manager, I manage B2B and public-sector technology accounts from discovery through quote, order, vendor, and fulfillment coordination. I maintain CRM-style account notes and opportunity activity to improve visibility across large active account bases, and I supported a major approximately $8M DHS order by coordinating customer communication, quote details, product/vendor availability, internal follow-up, and order execution. I’m also recognized for responsiveness and execution, including multiple Salesperson of the Month awards, and I’m positioned as an enterprise CSM bridge from technology account management into strategic SaaS customer success.
