What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in gene-therapy bioanalytical development, leading assay execution and scientific data analysis for IND-enabling studies, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory-ready results.

I’m a Senior Research Associate with experience supporting gene therapy for preclinical development through bioanalytical assay execution, cross-functional collaboration, and scientific data analysis. At Vertex Pharmaceuticals, I lead analysis on preclinical studies (>1,000 samples), managing execution, data analysis, and delivery to stakeholders.

I specialize in qPCR, dPCR, LC-MS/HPLC, and pharmacokinetic workflows—conducting vector genome and transgene expression analysis, supporting IND-enabling method development (specificity, stability), and authoring bioanalytical reports for regulatory submissions (FDA IND support). I maintain rigorous electronic documentation (Benchling, LIMS), troubleshoot assay performance, and coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple preclinical studies.
