What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing role where I can combine CRM configuration, functional analysis, and full-stack development to deliver AI-driven outcomes. I want end-to-end ownership—specs, integration, QA, and deployment—with strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a CRM Consultant & Functional Analyst with 10+ years of hands-on experience building scalable, client-facing web solutions. I specialize in React, .NET, PHP/WordPress, CRM configuration, and automated testing—delivering end-to-end outcomes from architecture and API integrations to deployment.

In recent roles, I’ve been client-facing and hands-on across React/Redux and .NET development for custom internal applications. I configure ClientSpace CRM, design workflow automation and processes, and support technical delivery across cross-functional teams.

I also contribute directly to AI-driven products—supporting frontend feature delivery and integration coordination for an AI communication platform. As a Functional Analyst for an AI-driven QA monitoring platform, I write Business Requirements, functional specs (DERCA/PBI), track UAT, and maintain sprint documentation.

Earlier in my career, I supported QA operations and workforce management by administering and configuring Verint, building Sisense dashboards and SSRS reports, and leading QA planning and test execution. I bring a practical approach to quality, data-driven reporting, and collaboration that helps clients ship confidently.
