What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an office-focused role where I can own payroll and bookkeeping data workflows, keep supplier/AR processing audit-ready, and support day-to-day administration and executive logistics with reliable, discreet compliance handling.

I’ve managed office operations, supplier invoice processing, and audit-ready bookkeeping support across Forpress Technologies (Pty) Ltd in Alberton, where I owned end-to-end payroll data capturing in Microsoft Excel, including biometric timesheets, leave forms, and verified overtime calculations for Managing Director sign-off.

I also handled accounts receivable support at Machine Tool Information and supported inventory, dispatch logistics, and customer service at Nigel Pharmacy. Along the way, I’ve moved between QuickBooks and Sage Pastel, maintained meticulous debtor communications and filing systems, and supported compliance and sensitive-data discretion with ISO 22000 health and safety readiness.
