Worked across a wide range of projects, helping organizations and teams improve processes, establish systems, and develop new ideas. Designed and implemented workflows for both manufacturing environments and creative teams.

Researched and developed new processes and material applications using recycled materials, with a focus on recycled paper and plastics.

Implemented continuous improvement tools across Operations, collaborating with international factories to define and share best practices. Redesigned the ice cream factory valve system using Lean principles, improving line efficiency and reducing waste. Led the migration of all operational processes from SAP to JD Edwards as part of the Nestlé–Froneri joint venture spin-off.

Identified, coached, and executed cost-reduction and performance improvement projects across Nestlé factories worldwide, embedding LEAN and TPM methodologies for sustainable results. Rotated across four global sites building local team capability.

Managed and controlled production KPIs, including reliability and usage variance. Member of the LEAN Value Stream and Goal Alignment pillars. Coordinated the Production OMP and KPI/PPI/API cascading. Applied continuous improvement tools (IVPH, DMAIC, SMED).

Earned a degree in Food Engineering from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.

Completed a Chemical Technician program at ORT Technical School.
