I coordinate end-to-end operations at GreenPawaa NG, working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and technical teams to keep day-to-day execution smooth. I designed a company-wide operations workflow adopted across departments, reducing bottlenecks and improving consistency.

I also built a structured payment plan system to improve cash flow tracking and customer payment compliance. On the grant side, I played a key role in the grant applications process, contributing to 3 successful grant awards.

Before that, I handled end-to-end administrative and IT operations at Esta Lawrence across fashion, HR, and logistics, including system setup and scheduling across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Earlier, at Globaltechs Engineering College, I supervised installs, configurations, and optimizations in student labs and client engagements, managing scheduling, network setups, security assessments, and troubleshooting workflows.
