Message

At Connected Agency, I managed music events, festivals, showcases and concert tours in Serbia and the region, including Changeover Festival and Changeover SWITCH. I coordinated artists, venues and suppliers, and handled artist hospitality and travel logistics.

I managed projects from planning and budgeting through delivery and close-out. For Changeover Festival, my work included marketing communications, press materials and coordinating photography and video coverage.

I co-founded BEBA Beauty Bar, taking it from concept and branding to opening a nail studio, bar and small event space. I developed daily operations and customer service, organised training for a team of 12 specialists, and shaped the events programme.

Earlier, I managed salon and academy operations at Cut and Color and coordinated event, retail promotion and exhibition projects at e:mg (Effective Marketing Group), RED Communication Group and Grata Advertising. Across these roles, I’ve worked on brand activations, budgets, production, logistics and client communications.
