Implemented by MOTO in partnership with AkustikUm (Tuzla, BiH) with financial support from RYCO. Responsibilities included full-cycle project management from drafting the proposal to coordinating and supervising all activities during implementation.

Oversaw the complete production process for Children's Opera 'Žabica lutalica', including rehearsal schedules, premiere organization, travel logistics, and coordination of the artistic team. Ensured efficient production within budget and on schedule.

Initiated and managed an independent project with legal and administrative support from Change Theatre. Responsibilities included project writing, fundraising, overall project management, and production of a youth-oriented web series. Managed the entire filming process, supervised shooting days, coordinated logistics, and ensured all departments operated in harmony.

Implemented by MOTO with the support of the Western Balkans Fund. Responsible for planning and organizing activities, logistics, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring smooth execution of the program.

Worked as producer and project manager, in charge of preparing theatre productions, managing scriptwriting and technical teams, organizing casting calls, and negotiating with artistic and technical staff. Ensured production timelines and budgets were respected.

Employed under a fixed-term contract to replace the drama department's producer. Created the monthly repertoire and coordinated the theatre's drama, opera, and ballet sections. Managed ongoing productions and organized guest performances and co-productions.

Employed under a fixed-term contract to execute a project in cooperation with European Capital of Culture 2022. Managed participant databases and communications, organized rehearsals and meetings with the international team, and developed collaborations with institutions and local associations.

Provided day-to-day support in the implementation of international and local projects in education, youth empowerment, and community development. Assisted in project administration, supported project managers in organizing workshops and events, and conducted background research for project proposals.

Designed, prepared, and delivered interactive trainings and workshops for high school student council representatives on leadership, teamwork, communication, and civic engagement. Mentored new trainers and collaborated with leadership to plan training content and strategies.

Bachelor degree in Production in audio-visual media from the Academy of Arts Novi Sad, completed in 2022.

High school diploma of Economy technician from Economy Highschool Doboj, completed in 2013.
