Aleksandar Joksimović

I create and lead Higher Sense Events, a cultural movement behind one of Montenegro’s recognized electronic music festivals. Since 2022, we’ve organized 10 one-day concerts and five two-day festivals, mainly in Podgorica.

I manage events from initial concept through production and breakdown, including sponsorships, budgets, artist bookings, travel, hospitality, venue setup, safety, food and beverage operations, marketing, PR, and regulatory reporting. During each event, I oversee teams of more than 80 people and coordinate programs for audiences of 1,000+ attendees.

I also produced and oversaw logistics for Boban Rajović’s June 2024 concert at Stadion Malih Sportova in Podgorica, attended by more than 5,000 people. The experience strengthened my ability to manage complex, high-level live performances with close attention to detail.

Previously, I led sales targets, team coaching, client relationships, and marketing initiatives at Menalex Real Estate, and managed daily bar operations and staff at Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. I bring leadership, creativity, hospitality experience, and a practical approach to making memorable events happen.
