At KingEntertainmentCorp, I led product for sweeps.us, a sweepstakes iGaming platform built from zero. I worked on game-provider integrations, custom games, sign-up, KYC, and onboarding, shipping a feature demo and release every two-week sprint.

At LaunchControl, I owned the strategy and roadmap for LaunchAI, an AI-powered text-messaging platform. I designed its SaaS integration layer, reducing delivery time for a new native integration from four weeks to one.

At CrimsonSkyGames, I owned product and production for two shipped titles that reached more than 2 million players and $2.5 million in revenue. I also built the production pipeline and publishing SOPs as the team grew from three co-founders to 40–50 people.

Across my product work, I’ve taken SaaS products from idea to beta, including Uplift, which reached $35K MRR in its first month. I’ve also shipped 30+ client MVPs, including products for Airbus and McKinsey, and bring founder experience with one exit.
